Coop and Cros have clicked into October and they are doing great!
And yes, this photo shoot took all day and this fist-in-mouth-and-crabby-half-asleep-Crosby shot was the best I got.
Their favorite things to do are: 1. Stay awake at all hours excepting 9am-10am; 2. Change outfits; 3. Open-air urination and 4. Be held in the arms of Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa, Big Brother, Friend, Neighbor, Mailman, UPS Man, Sprinkler Man, and Random Lady Walking Her Dog. I have done some logging and decided that in a 24-hour day, the twins sleep simultaneously about 3 hours total and when that 3 hours exist changes from day to day. And it certainly does not come in a 3 hour block of time. Wouldn’t that be nice. Hence Mom is dressing up for Halloween all month long. Mod Zombie.
All hail the Sound Machine. And the Night Nanny.
Yes, Cal. My thoughts, exactly.
Cal is taking to his big brother role like a true champ and is quite skilled at giving the babies their “toys” (aka pacifiers). About 50% of the time he does not place it in his own ear, nose or mouth first.
Brotherly love.
And Thank God for Grandparents!!
We are so blessed to have Mimi and Bobo…
(Note, Bobo was adamant about being called Grandpa, but Cal landed on Bobo and because he was #1, there is no going back now. Sorry, Bobo. At least it’s not Bozo.)
Bumba (aka Grandma Barb)…
And Poppy and Gamma….
Our boys are so lucky to have all of their grandparents here in town. And, in turn, Ted and I are so lucky to have all of their grandparents here in town. God bless them!
There’s no place like home. Except Grandma’s.

P.S.: Notice that all of these pictures were taken on various places on or around the same couch. Coop, Cros and Mom have not ventured from this 10-foot by 10-foot space in weeks. I just make figure 8 laps around this couch and my kitchen island all day long.
But at least it’s in my Mod Zombie couture.

God bless you and your sense of humor!
So exciting to see the boys with both their eyes open and NOT surprising it took all day.
How convenient for this to be Halloween month. Next month it will be Thanksgiving for sure.
This really is the best of times for you and you will look back at your 3 sons and smile then look at Ted and smile that you “made it” thru it these tough but wonderful times.
Sooooo happy for you that family is close. There really is nothing like it. Selfishly, we look forward to more pix in between your laps around the sofa and island. Keep going strong boys. Love, karen and randy
