Love is a commitment to another person’s growth. —Author Unknown
Did I say the boys were in the Five Pound Club? Correction! SIX POUND CLUB!! We went to the doctor again and the boys had gained 14 oz. in just 7 days. Incredible!! Our goal was to try to gain 1 oz. a day and we doubled it! Doc says their progress is absolutely exceptional and a direct reflection of extraordinary parenting skills. (Well maybe I added that last bit.) But we are so excited to know that they are growing and thriving at home.
Perhaps now we will venture out into the world. We’ve yet to go anywhere as a whole family, but we are at least entertaining the idea now.
Cal loves on his little brothers. (He actually sings, “I love my little brother.”) And if we could bottle the tiniest bit of his turbo-charged energy, we wouldn’t be fazed by this twin nonsense at all!
I can’t say it enough…thank you to all of the wonderful helping hands. We so appreciate the meals, visits, groceries, attention to Cal, gifts, offers to babysit overnight (Well maybe I added that last bit.)
We are so blessed. It will certainly take a village to get us out of the woods and we thank our lucky stars to have the best in the world.
